Order Processing / Handling Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
  • Order cutoff time is 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time

Once your order has shipped, standard transit time is 6–9 business days for all destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather, and other external factors.

Shipping Cost

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Exact costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and most international destinations. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable carrier for each order (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable providers).

International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking details to update.
